Welcome to Live Friend Locator (the "Application"). This User Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you and WHISPER BREEZE TECHNOLOGY INC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If your jurisdiction requires parental or guardian authorization, you may use the Application only after obtaining it.
2. Service Description
Live Friend Locator enables users to establish authorized connections and share or view location information with people who have knowingly agreed to the connection. The Application currently does not offer user account registration.
The Application establishes connections through randomly generated connection identifiers, invite codes, authorization records, and information manually entered in the Application. It does not request Contacts permission and does not access, collect, upload, or synchronize your device contacts or address book.
3. Consent-Based Location Sharing
You may view or share another person's location only when that person is informed and has actively authorized the connection and location sharing. You must not use the Application to secretly locate, surveil, stalk, track, or monitor another person.
You may stop sharing by changing Application settings, removing a connection, or revoking location permission. You are responsible for reviewing connection and sharing settings and complying with privacy, data-protection, anti-stalking, and surveillance laws.
4. Location Permissions
Foreground location is used to provide location features while the Application is in use. If you enable a feature that requires updates while the Application is closed or not actively in use, the Application may request background location permission after presenting a prominent disclosure and obtaining your acknowledgment. Notification permission may be requested for alerts.
5. Accuracy and Emergencies
GPS, Wi-Fi, cellular networks, device sensors, settings, battery level, terrain, buildings, network conditions, and other factors may affect location accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and availability.
The Application is not an emergency response, dispatch, law-enforcement, medical-monitoring, or life-saving service. Do not rely on it as the sole means of locating a person, handling an emergency, protecting property, or making health or safety decisions. Contact the appropriate local emergency service in an emergency.
6. Device Security and Data Deletion
Use the Application only on devices you are authorized to use. Protect access to your device and regularly review sharing settings. Report suspected unauthorized use to [email protected].
Because the Application currently does not provide accounts, account deletion is not applicable. You may remove connections, stop sharing, revoke permissions, delete available location history in Application settings, or request deletion of personal information by email. Limited information may be retained where required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal claims.

If you provide or share another person's information, you are responsible for obtaining any authorization required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
The Application and its software, interface, design, text, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Application for its intended non-commercial purpose.
10. Third-Party Services
The Application uses or depends on third-party mapping, hosting, push-notification, analytics, advertising, device-platform, network, and application-store services. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and privacy policies. To the extent permitted by law, we do not control and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or independent conduct.
11. Service Availability and Changes
We may reasonably maintain, update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features for security, legal, technical, product, or business reasons. Where required, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes or termination. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability on every device or in every location.
12. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Application at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe a user has materially breached this Agreement, used the Application unlawfully, created a safety or security risk, infringed rights, or exposed others to legal liability. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the breach.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Application is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every purpose, or that location information will always be accurate, complete, current, or available. This clause does not exclude rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, or anticipated savings arising from the Application.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, willful misconduct, or other liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
15. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement when the Application, our practices, security requirements, or law changes. Where required, we will notify you before material changes take effect. If you do not agree to an updated Agreement, you must stop using the Application.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before formal proceedings, both parties will attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through written notice and reasonable negotiation.
This section does not prevent you from relying on mandatory consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction or bringing an action in another court where the law of your residence grants that right.
17. General Terms
This Agreement and documents expressly incorporated into it constitute the entire agreement concerning the Application. If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be modified only to the minimum necessary extent and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
