This Privacy Policy explains how WHISPER BREEZE TECHNOLOGY INC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal information when you use the Live Friend Locator mobile application (the "Application").
Live Friend Locator provides consent-based location sharing. Location information is shared only with people you actively connect with and authorize. The Application must not be used for secret, unauthorized, or unlawful tracking.

2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Application, its related services, and testing, maintenance, support, and diagnostic environments that process personal information on our behalf.
3. Information We Collect

4. Contacts and Other Device Data
The Application does not request Contacts permission and does not access, collect, upload, or synchronize your device contacts or address book. It does not request access to your photos, camera, microphone, call logs, or SMS content for the location-sharing features described in this Privacy Policy.
5. Location and Notification Permissions
The Application requests foreground location permission to provide location features while you use it. When you enable a feature that must update or share your location while the Application is closed or not actively in use, the Application may request background location permission. Notification permission may be requested when you enable alerts.
Before requesting background location permission, the Application provides a prominent in-Application disclosure explaining what location data is collected, why background access is needed, when it occurs, and how it is shared. Background access is requested only after you acknowledge that disclosure and choose to continue.
You may deny or withdraw permissions through your device settings at any time. You may also pause location sharing or remove an authorized connection inside the Application. Withdrawing a required permission may prevent the related feature from functioning.
6. How We Use Information
We do not use precise location information for targeted advertising or unrelated marketing.
7. Legal Bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent, performance of a contract or provision of requested services, legitimate interests that do not override your rights, compliance with legal obligations, or protection of vital interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already lawfully completed.
8. Location-Sharing Controls
You may pause sharing, remove an authorized connection, turn off location sharing, or delete available location history through the Application settings. Removing a connection or disabling sharing does not necessarily delete information previously received or independently stored by another authorized user outside our control.

We may share necessary information with third-party service providers that support the Application. These providers are contractually required to:
• Process information only according to our instructions and for agreed purposes;
• Protect information using appropriate security measures; and
• Not use or disclose information for unauthorized purposes.
The Application uses Google Analytics for Firebase to analyze usage, crashes, diagnostics, and performance, and Google AdMob to provide advertising. These services may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, usage events, and diagnostic information. We do not provide precise or approximate location information to these services for targeted advertising.

11. International Transfers
We and our service providers may process personal information in the United States and other countries where we or they operate. Where required, we use a lawful transfer mechanism such as an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another recognized safeguard.

13. Deletion and Permission Withdrawal
The Application currently does not offer user account creation. You may delete available location history in the Application, pause sharing, remove connections, revoke permissions through device settings, or request deletion by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request." We may request reasonable information to verify your identity.
If account creation is introduced, we will provide the in-Application and web-based account deletion methods required by applicable law and Google Play policy before enabling that feature.
14. Children
The Application is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that such information has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
15. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, role-based restrictions, monitoring, and limits on access. No electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure.
16. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent, opt out of certain sales, sharing, profiling, or targeted advertising, and complain to a supervisory authority. 17. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, services, or law. Where required, we will provide notice before material changes take effect. The Effective Date above identifies the current version.
